Subscriptions and Memberships

Some parts of our Website are billed on a subscription basis (Subscriptions). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Billing Cycle). Billing Cycles are set on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on your subscription.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled or terminated. You may cancel your Subscription via your online hub or by contacting the Help Desk.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You agree to provide Online Freedom Hackers with full valid information including but not limited to credit card number, expiry date, CCV, full billing address, name, email and phone number.

By submitting such information you agree to the terms of the Subscription and authorise the Billing Cycle.

Fee Changes Or Modifications

We may change our rates at any time, at our sole discretion, and at any time. Any rate changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.

We agree to provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

If you continue to use the Service after the subscription fee change comes into effect, this constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Content

The Service allows users to (now or in the future), upload, link, store, share, contribute, link, store, share and otherwise have available (”post”) certain information, including photographs, text, and other materials (“Content”).

You have the right to post any Content within the Service and warrant that such Content or your use by us, as provided in these Agreements, will not violate these Agreements, applicable law, intellectual property, or the rights of others.

The Agreements will remain in force until terminated by the user or Online Freedom Hackers. However, the user understands and agrees that we may suspend or completely deny access to any user's services without any written notice. Online Freedom Hackers reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account you can do so via your Hub or by advising us via our Help Desk.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Online Freedom Hackers and its licensees and licensors, any employees, contractors, agents, officers ,directors and otherwise unlisted associates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) resulting from or arising out of your use and access to the service (by you or any person using your account and password), breach of these Terms or Content posted on the Service.

Limitations and Service modifications

Online Freedom Hackers will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational. However, from time to time, some technical difficulties or maintenance operations may cause temporary interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Online Freedom Hackers reserves the right to modify or discontinue (periodically or temporarily) the Service's functions and capabilities.
